Formula Plastics, an Arterex company, has appointed Bill Gerard as its president effective immediately. 

Gerard brings 26 years of experience in medical device contract manufacturing, most recently as president of Carlisle’s contract manufacturing group (formerly Providien Medical). Prior to Carlisle and Providien, Gerard worked at The Tech Group, a medical device CMO with locations across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. During his tenure at The Tech Group, Gerard held positions of increasing responsibility, including managing director of Tech Group Latin America, vice president of engineering, and finally as vice president of operations, helping lead the organisation through their acquisition by West Pharmaceutical.
