GAMA Healthcare, a leading developer and manufacturer of infection prevention products for the healthcare sector, is exhibiting at MEDICA 2021.
GAMA will be demonstrating its range of infection prevention products, including Rediroom, a portable isolation solution.
Rediroom equips hospitals to respond to outbreaks of infection, suspected or unconfirmed infections, by isolating patients anywhere. A mobile cart that expands into a HEPA air-filtered isolation room with hands-free entry in five minutes, Rediroom represents a flexible, cost-effective solution to help increase isolation capacity within hospitals.
Rediroom is currently being used in 30 NHS hospitals to increase isolation capacity, allowing hospitals to reduce the risk of hospital acquired infections (HAIs) that are spread through droplet and direct contact, including norovirus, seasonal flu, C. diff, and Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
MEDICA is taking place from 15 – 18 November 2021 and throughout the event, GAMA will be located at 5/G41.
Guy Braverman, joint-CEO, GAMA Healthcare, said: “We are delighted to be at MEDICA this year, where we will be discussing our full range of innovative IPC products. We are especially excited to talk about Rediroom, which has received hugely positive feedback from hospitals using it, for its ability to increase isolation capacity flexibly and easily, reducing the chances of HAIs spreading within hospitals. We look forward to meeting new international partners and distributors at the event as we look to introduce Rediroom to new overseas markets.”
