Imprivata, a digital identity company has announced the acquisition of GroundControl Solutions, a cloud-based automation software firm for provisioning shared mobile devices.
The combination of Imprivata and GroundControl innovations aims to advance the proliferation of Digital Identity Authorisation and Access Management solutions and services for mobile devices in healthcare. It aims to accelerate the development of new capabilities on fleets of enterprise mobile devices.
